While others break down even at the slightest stress.
The good news is that composure can be learned.
Stress tolerance can improve with practice and cognitive reframing techniques.
But it has its limits.
We may not develop sagely resilience with practice.
But we become competent enough to handle the daily demands.
Our personality comes with a ceiling.
You cannot become a totally different person.
But you can definitely become a better ‘you’.
Keep pushing yourself because you never know your limits.
